“We collect “personal” information from you when you provide it to us. For example, if you purchase a product from us, we may collect your name, mailing address, telephone number and email address. Can I place an order online and pick it up at your warehouse?

We would definitely love to see you around at our warehouse, but we regret to inform you that orders are delivered only through our dispatch team and cannot be collected from our warehouse.

Can I place an order over phone?

No we do not accept orders or return requests over the phone. The helpline number is to help you with general inquiries.

Can I cancel/change the details of my order?

Yes, order once placed can be cancelled or modified on the website. However, modifications and cancellations can only be executed before dispatch and not post-dispatch.

I placed my order but did not receive a confirmation e-mail. Did the order go through?

Orders placed with Shilpi Handicraft do receive an e-mail confirmation as a standard practice. In case, you have not received a confirmation of your order, kindly go to your account and review your order status. PAYMENTS

Does Shilpi Handicraft offer Cash on Delivery (CoD) service?

Yes we do offer Cash on Delivery service for our customers. There is a non-refundable convenience charge of Rs. 39/- levied on Cash on Delivery purchases however in case of prepaid orders these charges are not applicable.

What payment methods does Shilpi Handicraft accept?

Shilpi Handicraft receives payments on a secure payment gateway. Currently, we accept payments through credit/debit cards, net-banking and Cash on Delivery.

Are there any hidden costs associated with orders on Shilpi Handicraft?

Orders placed with Shilpi Handicraft carry no additional costs or hidden charges. The total bill after the order has been placed will reflect the cost of the product, taxes and delivery charges (if applicable).

How do I check the status of my order?

You can check the status of your order by following steps:

Log on to your account by signing in.

Click on ‘My Account’ tab located on top right of Website header.

Click on ‘My Orders’ tab located in the left hand menu.

Search the order by order number..
